Ehehehe...XD I see...Well, it doesn't mean that you should have known either. ^_^ There are always coincidence, aren't they?

Do you mean to join other DA comm? If it's to affiliate, you have to have a comm first. And then you make an account for that comm. Send a note to the community that you would like to affiliate that you want to affiliate with them ^_^ You have to put their comm icons in your journals afterward. If it's to join, go to the community main page, and look for an option of 'send a note' on right top of main page. Tell them that you would like to join their communities ^_^

And it depends. I think, if you are a very wonderful artist, you will have a lot of watchers/friends naturally with time. ^_^ But there are also several ways. The most important thing is interaction. There are forum in DA (look at the top page) You can post things there ^_^ Or maybe you can try to interact with as much people as you can by commenting on other DA artists' page and ask them to be your friend. Try to participate on the contests that DA artists used to hold. These way should help ^_^ But well...you see, myself don't have much watchers, so I'm not sure whether these will work properly or not...XD
